BACK END PROTOTIPATION PILOT LINE

A full pilot line for back-end photonics device manufacturing is operational inside Visiorobotics new class 6 Clean Room. It includes processes like wire bonding, die bonding, pigtailing, sealing, etc with the aim to realize small batches of products in agreement with the customer both for development and for prototipation.

OPTICAL INSPECTION

Visiorobotics’ expertise integrates automatic optical inspection (AOI) at both wafer and chip levels, including post-pigtailing and post-bonding stages. This ensures high-quality standards by identifying defects, thereby improving manufacturing efficiency and reducing risks associated with faults in production.
