PORTIONING SYSTEM
Visiorobotics, thanks to the most innovative 3D technologies, has developed a system to automate the constant volume portioning process.
The system is able to perform 360 ° acquisitions of the shape to be portioned, reconstruct its geometry even if irregular and calculate its volume. Finally, thanks to configurable criteria, it applies optimization algorithms in order to provide portions of constant volume.
The system has been developed for portioning both linear (cured meats: slices) and circular (forms of cheese: wedges) objects.
