MICROLENS ALIGNMENT
The proposed solution allows the collimation of a laser beam by aligning micro-lenses with dimensions of 0,6×0,6 mm.
In order to ensure alignment with submicron precision and the handling of small objects, custom picking and positioning tools have been designed.
